Our commitment

NovaVend is committed to identifying, preventing and removing accessibility barriers. Our current target for novavend.ca is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is an ongoing practice, not a claim that every experience will be barrier-free in every combination of device and assistive technology.

What the website supports

• keyboard navigation and visible focus;
• clear page structure, labels and form feedback;
• readable content that adapts to different screens and zoom settings;
• text alternatives, appropriate contrast and reduced-motion support; and
• access to the site and forms without allowing analytics.

Compatibility

The site is designed for current major browsers and commonly used desktop and mobile assistive technologies. Some older or uncommon browser and assistive-technology combinations may not present every feature as intended.

Known limits

Third-party browser features, email clients and external websites linked from NovaVend are outside our direct control and may have their own accessibility limitations. If a website form is not usable for you, contact us and we will work with you on a reasonable alternative way to provide the necessary information.

Feedback and accommodation requests

Tell us which page or task caused difficulty, the browser or assistive technology used if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format or alternative that would help. Do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed to address the barrier.

We review feedback in good faith, assess the barrier and respond using the contact method supplied. Accessibility-related personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

Standards and review

We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the technical reference and monitor accessibility requirements applicable in Nova Scotia and Canada. We review this statement when the website changes materially or when feedback identifies a barrier.
